Boston University Dance Theater for an exciting performance in celebration of its 22nd season!

The dance program at Deborah Mason Performing Arts Center is designed for students interested in exploring various styles of dance instruction. DMPAC offers an
array of performing arts classes and levels in ballet,
en pointe, modern dance, tap classes, jazz, musical theater, and hip hop dance for children and adults in
the Greater Boston area.

DMPAC is a prominent institution in the community
and is highly regarded on both the east and west coast
by casting agents and choreographers for producing dancers! DMPAC is committed to excellence in teaching, learning, and developing dancers in many disciplines.
Our program embraces what is current and innovative
in the field of dance. Our renowned faculty and
esteemed visiting artists transform our dancers into empowered artists with a unique individual voice. The faculty members are engaged with teaching and push the boundaries of dance for students who are excited to work.

The dance school is directed by Deborah Mason Dudley and offers dance classes throughout the academic year. Students at the dance school are given performance opportunities, including an annual recital in June at the John Hancock Hall in Boston, MA.
Our more advanced students are part of a pre-professional dance and youth performance company - Cambridge Youth Dance Program // CYDP Dance Company. Students must audition for company
placement and fulfill an intensive dance curriculum tailored to an individual dancer's needs.

School-year training is enhanced by our Summer Programs with options available to students ages 5-25.
In addition to our youth programs, we offer master c
lasses throughout the year for adult and advanced young adult dancers. Ongoing adult classes are also available.
